Environmental Policy

● As a specialist in waste oil recycling, Tenboshi Seiyu Corporation is helping to protect the Earth’s environment through its waste oil recycling, industrial waste treatment, oil facility maintenance and other business operations.

● We formulated this environmental policy to promote harmonious coexistence with the environment in all our businesses and to pursue ongoing and positive actions by our entire workforce to preserve or improve the environment.

● We are building an environmental management system based on the “Environmental Activity Evaluation Program” (Ministry of the Environment’s Eco-Action 21).

①  Continually endeavor to ensure that waste oil recycling systems are more widely adopted, are improved and are made more consistent.

②  Comply with all environmental legislation, regulations and other requirements to which we have agreed, taking particular note of the provisions of the Waste Disposal Law.

③  Implement preventative measures and accident response training for on-site environmental incidents, especially in relation to fires and oil leaks.

④  Make efforts to minimize energy and resource use throughout the scope of our activities.

⑤  Undertake environmental education for all employees to improve their awareness and knowledge of environmental protection.

The one major issue that spans both the 20th and 21st centuries is that of the environment. Environmental problems cannot be addressed through action by just a few specific industries. It is vital that they are dealt with at a much closer level, by each individual and by each workplace.
